Board of Directors
A Board of Directors consisting of six non-executive directors from the two founding firms and MSI Global Alliance's Chief Executive run MSI, with day to day operations carried out through the association's Secretariat in central London.

Secretariat
The Secretariat's small full-time team of five people is responsible for ensuring MSI member firms receive the responsive service and high quality resources they need to support their clients as they venture into new markets worldwide. Enquiries related to our member firms, membership or marketing should be addressed to the appropriate staff member at MSI's London offices (pictured right). Area Representatives  
MSI's area representatives form the Management Board and are appointed to serve the North American, Latin American, Asia-Pacific and Europe, Middle East and Africa regions. These representatives play an important role in developing the membership in their regions and act as a point of contact when necessary between member firms in their respective region and the Secretariat.
