Lewis has over 20 years of experience in financial services industry from London and Hong Kong, of which over 18 years are in corporate finance.
He was trained and qualified as a chartered accountant at Deloitte (London office). Lewis is a fellow chartered accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA).
Prior to joining Red Sun Capital, he held the position of Managing Director at Investec Capital Asia Limited, being part of Investec PLC, an international investment banking group listed in London and Johannesburg.
Lewis is licensed by the Securities & Futures Commission as a Responsible Officer to carry out Type 1 (dealing in securities) and Type 6 (advising on corporate finance) regulated activities under the SFO. He is also a signing principal of Red Sun Capital Limited for IPO sponsorships. Lewis has executed over 100 corporate finance projects including IPOs, financial advisory engagements for public and private M&As, fund raisings as well as independent financial advisory engagements.

Prior to MSI, Andrew was Associate Partner and Business Development Leader at EY for Scotland. He is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
