Wortmann & Partner counts among the high-performance offices in the district of Gütersloh and has a diverse client base including industrial engineering and manufacturing companies as well as service providers. The firm’s clients are mostly mid-sized businesses operating in national and international markets.
In 1957 Herbert Wortmann established the firm and in 1997 he devolved it to his son Dr. Heiner Wortmann. After two years Christine Barnert and Volker Ervens joined as initial partners. In 2000 the service range was complemented when audit services were added. Jürgen Algermissen joined the firm as partner in 2002, Thorsten Kleinemeier in 2015, Sebastian Reckeweg in 2018, Sven Wegener in 2019, Irina Heitmeyer in 2021, Robert Bäumker and Thorsten Grabe in 2023 and Hendrik Auge in 2024. In 2023 Dr. Heiner Wortmann and in 2024 Jürgen Algermissen retired as partners.
