I am a key member of the commercial, energy and dispute resolution teams. My areas of specialisations include but not limited to banking and finance, Financing, project finance, capital market, business advisory services, corporate restructuring, insolvency, oil and gas, regulatory compliance, taxation, employment, anti - trust, Dispute Resolution (Litigation, arbitration & Mediation) and real estate management, labour law, corporate governance.
I am a member of the Nigeria Institute of Arbitration; Nigerian Bar Association (NBA); International Bar Association (IBA); Association of International Energy Negotiators (AIEN). I am also a Notary Public of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
I am a contributor to the Global Indicators Group - Doing Business Project from Nigeria (Doing Business Global Report, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016, 2017 and 2021) and was part of the contributors to the pioneer World Bank Group Benchmarking Public-Private Partnerships project that measures key characteristics of Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) globally building on the ‘Doing Business’ methodology. I am also part of the team of lawyers providing technical support to the Federal Government Initiative (FSS2020) involved with the review of some selected Bills and drafting of critical Legal and Regulatory framework in the Nigeria financial system.
