David Lackowitz is the Chair of Moses Singer's prestigious Litigation practice group. He is a highly sought after and well-regarded trial attorney who has successfully handled matters in various state and federal courts throughout the country (including New York, Delaware, Connecticut, New Jersey, California, Florida and Arkansas). David has substantial experience in high-stakes, complex civil litigation including shareholder derivative suits, professional liability, business, real estate, banking, family, construction and employment matters.
