DaHui Lawyers recognised by Benchmark Litigation and Asian Legal Business

For the seventh consecutive year, Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific has ranked DaHui as a leading PRC dispute resolution firm. In its 2024 rankings, Benchmark placed DaHui among its top tiers for commercial and transactional dispute resolution, recommended our firm for international arbitration, and recognized us as a notable firm for government and regulatory dispute resolution. Benchmark writes that “DaHui Lawyers’ dispute resolution team is particularly known for its work in commercial litigation and arbitration, especially cross-border disputes” and “represents large foreign corporations and domestic entities” in a wide variety of venues.

DaHui Lawyers was also honored in the 2024 China awards of Asian Legal Business (ALB). Our exceptional strength in the turbulent capital markets of 2023 is reflected in the “Equity Market Deal of the Year (Midsize)” award for J&T Global Express’ IPO on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX): we served as both issuer’s PRC counsel and overall corporate counsel in this large and precedent-setting deal. Additionally, our work in data protection, privacy, and cybersecurity broadly has been recognized in ALB’s selection of DaHui as a finalist for the “Cyber Security and Data Protection Law Firm of the Year” award.

This recognition is the latest in a series of recent honors for DaHui. In March, the J&T Global Express IPO took home the “Equity Deal of the Year” award from IFLR Asia-Pacific; in January, Chambers recommended DaHui in numerous categories; and The Legal 500 recognized DaHui across 19 categories last fall.
