“Fino“ is an Audit and Accounting firm with 13 years of experience in the Georgian market. It is a member and the sole representative of MSI Global Alliance in Georgia. Over the years, We have gained expertise across 17 sectors, collaborated with more than 300 client companies and led over 200 projects.
Our NPS (Net Promoter Score) is 78%, which means that most of our client companies are willing to recommend “Fino“ to others based on their satisfaction with our services. The main reason for this is simple - our priority is building long-term, healthy relationships with customers. To foster that, we strive to approach each partner company individually, avoiding a standardized model, as much as possible.
The company has been developing quite interestingly in recent years, and alongside its core activities, it is introducing innovative practices in the field of management , especially focused on employee well-being.
Management that Stays Ahead of its Time
At “Fino“, we believe that achieving and maintaining a high level of satisfaction can not be accomplished through expertise and knowledge alone, employee well-being and fulfilment are crucial. To ensure that our employees feel supported and valued, a “Happiness Committee” was established.
This is a team of employees that are dedicated to care about the emotional, psychological, and physical well-being of their colleagues. Members of the team are assigned as “MyFino”and take a personal interest in addressing other employees' stress and discomfort issues and try to solve them. Additionally, “MyFinos” are committed to fostering the professional growth of employees and cultivating a friendly working atmosphere.

In 2024, this project has garnered significant praise and recognition from business experts. The “Happiness committee” has won awards at two of Georgian major business events – “Merito” and “Development and Happiness Summit” – and was named the winner of the Professional of the Year Award. Additionally, it has become a finalist at “Meliora” – responsible business awards, competing alongside large corporations.

The development of the Happiness Committee has led to an increase in employee loyalty at “Fino”. Management now has constantly updated information on important issues for employees. In 2023, the employee turnover rate decreased, and communication between team members and clients significantly improved.
At “Fino”, We have announced an interesting initiative to host any company, be it small, medium or large corporation, and share every aspects of the project both theoretically and practically, as the main mission of the “Fino“ is to improve the overall business environment, because we know that the success could be achieved only together!
