Oliver Fitzpatrick has built a strong reputation for delivering pragmatic, cost-effective solutions to his clients, which include insolvency practitioners, directors, creditors, lenders, and private individuals. He has extensive experience across all areas of insolvency law, from technical court applications and addressing complex antecedent transactions to obtaining injunctive relief and managing asset realisation work, including the purchase and sale of businesses or assets.
In his career, Oliver has advised on significant cases, including assisting trustees in bankruptcy with property recovery, guiding administrators of a fintech company through asset realisation for creditors, and resolving complex proprietary claims in insolvent estates comprising of property portfolios. He is also well-versed in pursuing antecedent transactions under the Insolvency Act 1986.
