Lukander Ruohola HTO appoints new managing partner

Mikko has been a partner in the firm since 2015. In his new role as managing partner, he will continue handling assignments in business and technology law, ensuring the provision of high-quality legal services to clients.

Mikko succeeds the firm's long-term managing partner, Jarkko Ruohola, who was elected Chairman of the Board. Jarkko will continue to offer his extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions and corporate law to client work. 

Jarkko will continue as the firm’s primary MSI contact and MSI area representative for the Nordic and Baltic countries.
