MSI's Marseille law member Nova Partner is delighted to announce that Vanessa Alvarez has joined the firm as partner in the corporate department.
Having previously worked in the banking & finance departments of CMA-CGM and Norton Rose Fulbright, Vanessa initially joined the Nova Partners' team as manager attorney in 2016.
More recently, Vanessa was notably involved in the financing of the acquisition of a luxury hotel and its renovation work (financing for a total amount of EUR 50M), a growth capital deal on the Vergers du Sud group (EUR 12M raised) and an M&A operation in the medical field (EUR 20M sale price).
