MSI's French, Marseille-based law member is delighted to announce the arrival of Philippe Deltombe as Of counsel.
Holder of a master degree in law, Philippe is admitted at the Brussels bar association since 2005.
Philippe gathered a wealth of experience on three continents (in particular in China and South East Asia) and he has an excellent command of 5 languages.
Philippe assists international clients on cross-border business issues with a particular focus on innovation sectors. He will be in charge of developing cross border M&A and private equity deals as well as contributing to the internationalization strategy of growth companies.
