MSI's French Marseille-based law member Nova Partner is delighted to announce the launch of its new department « Nova Blockchain » dedicated to blockchain and crypto projects.
Nova Partners's newly created department will advise clients (entrepreneurs and/or investors) on many transactions in this field including initial coin offerings (ICO), exchange platforms (with crypto currencies and FIAT currencies), legal categorisation (tokens in particular).

Nova Partners is advising Tertium Management, a general partner (GP) for the constitution of Tertium Croissance, a French investment fund with a hard cap of 80.000.000 EUR, and dedicated to LBO and growth capital in the southern region of France.
