Schmidt Brunet Litzler and Ahlers & Vogel win commercial dispute in France

We are pleased to share the excellent decision we obtained before the Commercial Court of Rennes in favor of Böckmann, a client referred to us by Moritz Naegeler from the law firm Ahlers & Vogel in Bremen.

The case involved a dispute between Böckmann, a manufacturer of horse trailers, and its French distributor in Rennes. The distributor was claiming €130,000 in compensation for alleged losses resulting from the sudden termination of its commercial relationship with the German manufacturer, Böckmann.

Working closely with Moritz Naegeler, our team specializing in commercial contracts and litigation successfully defended Böckmann, securing a very favorable decision. By combining our expertise and arguments, we were able to achieve this positive outcome.
