Vanhier B.V. holds MSI Month transfer pricing session

Throughout September, MSI’s accounting member Vanhier has organised a variety of MSI Month activities to promote MSI internally and externally.

Vanhier kicked off its varied MSI Month programme with an informative session for their staff and clients on the new Dutch transfer pricing legislation which affects clients with international operations. The legislation adds new standardised documentation requirements to the Dutch corporate tax law (known in English as the “Corporate Income Tax Act 1969”). With this legislation, the Netherlands has implemented recommendations from the OECD’s base erosion and profit shifting (BEPS) final report, under BEPS Action 13, Transfer pricing documentation and country-by-country reporting. The meeting also informed clients about Vanhier’s membership with MSI and how this can help clients when doing business worldwide, in particular in view of the new transfer pricing regulations. MSI Month, is an internal marketing campaign of MSI, during which member firms from around the world showcase their international capabilities to staff, clients and prospects in a joint effort to create greater awareness of MSI.
